Aged 11 months in used barrels (not too much wood flavor and acidity). In the mouth very fine, smooth, very little tannin and no alcoholic sensation. Medium body, long finish. Less powerful than usual in Toro.

The soil on which this red wine with a Toresano soul grows is the base on which this co-creation of winemakers José Bayón and Manuel Cantalapiedra comes to life. In a sandstone where Tinta de Toro vines of up to 50 years old are planted, this wine is grown organically and stands out for its finesse and freshness.
