Cantayano is an organic white wine made from the Verdejo variety by the Cantalapiedra family in V.T. Castilla-León (Valladolid).

Cantayano comes from different plots in the municipality of La Seca (Valladolid). The vines are between 20 and 30 years old and are planted in clay, sand, limestone and pebble soils. They are 100% organically farmed with organic practices and biodynamic treatments. Once the grapes reach their optimum ripeness, they are harvested by hand.

It is a white wine that pleasantly surprises both for its versatility and its authenticity. A Verdejo that stands out from industrial trends.
