Familia Valdelana Blanco

50% Malvasia, 50% Viura. Grape typical of dry climates, poor soils and with high sensitivity to humidity. Bunches of medium size and spherical shape, which have a reddish color when ripe.

It is a full, silky and fresh wine, with a balanced and incipient acidity. Flavorful aftertaste with hints of stone fruits.

It combines excellently with appetizers and tapas, rice, pasta, white meats and fresh fish.
