A perfect example of the Perrier-Jouët style: floral and fruity character enclosed in a bottle. This is a champagne that has been produced since 1854 and has retained, to date, an extraordinary consistency. It has a balance of fruity and floral notes, resulting in a fresh, lively and subtle champagne with great elegance.

The nose has a surprising liveliness and freshness: flowers of fruit trees, lime blossom, lemon... Delicate and elegant, yet intense and complex.

On the palate, floral notes, fresh fruit (peach, citrus), intense pastry (vanilla, butter), yellow fruit (apricot, mango). Frank, round, balanced and structured.
