Traditional vinification with destemming and cold maceration with skins for 18 days. Two pumping over daily at the beginning and one gentle pumping over during the last days.

Tempranillo 95% and 5% Viura. The quintessential Rioja variety fused with a sparkle of Viura to enhance and extol the aromas of Tempranillo.
