Agusti Torello Mata Cava Kripta

Kripta was born in 1979, embodying Agustí Torelló Mata's dream of producing a cava that would reflect his knowledge, perseverance and hard work. The bottle, reminiscent of an amphora, encloses the complexity achieved by the classic blend of the house after resting for approximately 60 months in the crypt of the cellar. An exceptional cava in every sense. Limited production with numbered bottles. Presented in a case with the date of disgorgement.

On the nose, very creamy, with notes of ripe fruit, intense baked apple, toast and pastries from its long aging.

In the mouth, fine and elegant in the attack on the palate, with excellently combined carbonic. Pleasant in its evolution, which highlights the silkiness of the foam on a background of vanilla, ripe fruit, toast and truffle.
