Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay

A very expressive white, with varietal notes of fresh fruit and a persistent, oily and ripe palate. This is the presentation of this wine that Enrique Mendoza makes entirely with Chardonnay to demonstrate the enormous potential of this French variety in a land like Alicante.

The nose is reminiscent of hay, green apples, freshly cut grass, nuts such as hazelnuts and ripe tropical fruits such as banana and pineapple, light and fine aromas of bread crust and pastry.

On the palate, persistent, oily, ripe and with good balance and acidity.
