Manual harvest the second week of October, in open boxes of 18-20 kilos.

Selection in the field of the oldest vines of the Family and of the vines with less than four bunches of grapes per vine. The grapes are placed in cold storage at 5°C for reception the following day.

Tempranillo 95%, Graciano 5%.

It is a very balsamic wine, silky and with tannins of great nobility. Deep and powerful aftertaste.
