Familia Valdelana Rosé

Good blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes from 15 year old vines. Garnacha is an ideal variety for this wine profile, it is rich in extract, very sensitive to run-off, resistant to drought and to many vineyard pests and diseases such as powdery mildew and acariosis. To make the wine, a bleeding is performed, the first must is sprouted, controlling the low temperatures, fermentation begins. Raspberry pink in color, it is a very fresh wine, full of energy in the mouth, ideal for fish and seafood.

The nose is very intense, with fresh fruit, pomegranate, cherry, strawberry, raspberry and subtle floral tones.

Fresh, energetic and persistent on the palate, enveloped by fruit and acidity. Long and lively aftertaste, with hints of watermelon.
