The winery wanted to redefine this wine, which was once one of the few short-aged reds in the area, and since the 2014 vintage, new winemaking techniques have been incorporated into its production.
In this 2018 vintage, Pradorey has decided to remove the Oak category, as 10% of the wine ages in centenary earthenware jars. All this has contributed to a wine in which the fruit and the creaminess of a soft and pleasant tannin stand out in a special way.
