Roxanne Cava

Brut of modern presentation made with Macabeo and Chardonnay varieties. It is an ideal sparkling wine for appetizers, starters and light meals due to its structure, acidity and low residual sugar. A very versatile cava at the table, as it goes well with fish, seafood, white meats, cold meats and foie gras.

Intense, fruity and delicate on the nose, with hints of apple, apricot and tropical fruits. Soft nuances of magnolia blossom, toast and pastry cream.

Fresh and voluminous on the palate. Balanced acidity, persistent and elegant.
